Midwest Distributors is willing to right this wrong and honor the unit under warranty We ask that the customer please return the unit so that we can take care of fixing the problem

Mr [redacted] contacted Midwest, for the first time, with an invoice from a company stating that he had work done on his unit with expectations of reimbursement I have explained to Mr [redacted] that if there were any issues with his unit, he should have contacted Midwest first, with whom he has the warranty with We did not, in any way, refuse to uphold our warranty with him We did explain that he could not just take his engine somewhere, have work done on it and THEN contact us to let us know that there was even a problem and for reimbursement. As with any company that you have a warranty with, they are the ones that you would contact to find out how to resolve it

Dear Sir or Madam:Please refer to the attached letter outlining the events that have transpired during the course of communication with Mr*** *** Midwest Transmission Distributors has been and remains willing to resolve/settle this matter with Mr*** when he is able to produce
the original correct engine that he purchased In addition, Mr*** at anytime can arrange a delivery pick up of the incorrect engine that resides at our facility If for any reason the Revdex.com is unable to open the attached document, please let us know immediatelySincerely,Midwest Transmission Distributors

Our company handles all warranties in house We tried to contact the customer with no response

Ms*** did purchase an engine and had it installed by one of the mechanics we use. Once the installation is complete the cost of the fluids, thermostat, gaskets etcare added to the invoice Ms*** was aware of this Partial payment for the engine and install were made in
payments After the installation was complete Ms*** was contacted to pick up her vehicle and pay the balance Her balance was $plus $(fluids, etc), totaling $ According to MsC***, she was contacted by the salesman who told her to bring $cash and he would call it even She met the salesman at her car and handed the money over through the window of her vehicle She also claims he told her "if anyone from the office calls...don't answer" So she didn’t.As Ms*** drove out of the parking lot I questioned why she was leaving without paying the balance. I immediately called MsC***, who, in her words, purposely did not answer. Our Salesman disagrees with this scenario and states that Ms*** is fully aware of the balance due.Ms*** has stated that she is a business owner and would never let something like this happen….yet, she admits to underpaying a bill in cash handing it through a vehicle window in the parking lot and ignoring any calls from Midwest…and she calls the salesman a thief?

Hisorry for the late reply, the car was fixed in a different shop after Midwest transmission denied to fix it and we had to pay for it to keep out customer happy, now we ask if they can cover the machine shop bill and labor.thanksMichel G***

That is their engine if it wasn't why did they keep it ? The engine was sent to G&R by mistake and they sent it right back to the Midwest where it belongs to them!! Midwest is just trying to keep the money and not paying me back how come they never said any thing before until now once they got caught with their hands in the cookie jar and double dipping by keeping the engine and keeping the money!!! Midwest is starting to look like crooks right now to me Dear Midwest you are a Big Business my 2,806,is just small change to u but that is a lot of money to me being a Disabled Veteran you r doing very injustice to me by not returning my money as I had to pay your bill to my Credit Card holder!!!

The engine was returned to g and r yes, but when received the engine was not g and r auto engine they sent back the customer was trying to get a engine for free g and r auto sent us the engine back to Midwest a year ago we still have the engine here and that's why there was no refund.

On Thursday, 1/7 the Customer contacted myself, the salesman for Midwest, and purchased an ECM. On the same day, the Customer contacted me after hours and asked for a tracking number. I advised him that it was not ready to ship but would call him when the unit was pulled and ready to ship, it would...

most likely  be either Friday afternoon or Monday morning. At no time was he told he would have a tracking number the same day that he ordered.  Customer sent me a text  Friday afternoon and asked for the tracking number, I called the customer but he did not answer.  While checking with the warehouse on the progress of the ECM being pulled and ready to ship, I received another text message saying that "If I do not get a tracking number by 4PM I will stop payment and let my credit card company know you are committing fraud." I replied, "You did not ask if I could have the product shipped in 24 hours. We have too many people who get the product and then dispute their credit cards and I do not like to conduct business that way." I then told him that "if he was unhappy with my service we could cancel the order immediately and he could locate the product through someone else" He then said "good, cancel and make sure my money is refunded and threatened me with "I will see if it is not completed."   Customer was very nice when ordering the part, but as some customers do, became extremely aggressive after ordering and very demanding. In this industry we are at the mercy of dissembling parts and getting them prepared for shipping. This process takes time locating the correct model, pulling the product from the vehicle and preparing it for shipping. I tried to contact the customer on several occasions but he would not take my calls and would only become rude over text messages.   Midwest refunded his money right away. I notified him of the return and also sent the credit paperwork to his email.
