Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: That is not what had happenedAnd I had a guy come out and tell me also that who ever put this together messed it up and had put a brand new gage on and was wrongalso my warranty had called him over an over to pay him but he wouldn't contact back or send invoice to themIt's still on hold till he contacts them Regards, [redacted] ***
Customer only paid at time of serviceTechnician noted damage caused by other company The invoice along with ictures was forwarded to the customers warranty company where repairs were declined due to pre existing damagesThe customer has never paid the remaining balance nor had the warranty companyWhen customer called to have us come out and repair after warranty company declined we chose not to go due to unpaid balance from previous visit

This job was through a home warranty company. At time of diagnosis the evap coil had a leak and needed to be replaced. The warranty company covered the cost of the unit and customer agreed to non covered items that were not covered by the warranty company. After changing the evap coil it was...
discovered that the compressor was locked up. We had to wait on the warranty company to approve the replacement of the unit. While we were waiting the warranty company reassigned the claim to another company. This customer was instructed about this. We installed a new air handler for the customer, now she wants to keep the unit and get her money back. I guess she wants her unit for free.
Customer only paid 50.00 at time of service. Technician noted damage caused by other company.
