Over many years of patroning this salon, I purchased thousands of dollars worth of hair cuts, color, hair products, styling appliances, nail polish, and I brought in referrals. Over time, the original hair team began to leave, and the owner brought in new stylists. The "computer" began to make mistakes with appointment times. The new stylist made mistakes with highlights. When I contacted the owner and the stylist, neither admitted there was a problem on their end. The stylist attempted to correct the bleed marks, and in the process she denied it was her mistake and tried to make me feel like I was a pain. I never asked for a refund; however, it should be expected that they take care of the mistake graciously, and acknowledge the inconvenience they've caused to the client, instead of treating the client like an inconvenience. When I showed up to my next appointment, the receptionist took me aside and handed me a letter in which they claimed they had mailed to me, but I never received. In the letter, the owner passive-aggressively thanked me for my past visits, and told me that I should find a different salon. The owner should've personally called me, but instead chose to humiliate me, and I have since learned that this salon owner treats her employees very poorly and rudely. What a sad environment. I regret giving such an ugly woman years of my business.
