Every employee we encountered during our car purchasing experience was completely incompetentLet's start with the sales associate whom handled our deal, Tim, who after getting me approved for a loan forgot to tell me the lending institution which was providing the loan, who also forgot to mention the price of the car was $2,higher than listing price, who also forgot to tell me what paperwork and terms had to be met for my loan, who also didn't recognize me when I came to pick up my carOne of the terms of my loan was the installation of a GPS tracking unit had to be installed in the car, it took upwards of hours for this "routine" and "easy" installation to take placeThe whole time I waited, not a single Onyx employee could tell me what was taking so longAnd every time I asked, I got the same answer, "Well, Mercedes are difficult carsIf it's not put it right you can mess up the electrical." Wow, that made me feel so much better considering how long it's taken! For all I know, they've messed up some part of my cars electrical system because their mechanic is apparently as incompetent as their sales associatesAt least their bad service carries from department to department
I just bought a Mini Cooper from Tim and Wendy at Onyx This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had They were responsive with everything and made it simple None of the running around and haggling you get from everyone else Such a great experience

At Onyx Pre-Owned, they treated me with respect and kindness from the start. Being 21 not many dealers took me seriously or what I wanted in car seriously. Onyx treated me like they would any other customer and listened to what I wanted in the car and tailored to exactly what I was looking for. I ended up buying my car from them and the car was in perfect condition with low mileage. If you are looking for quality cars at a fair price, Onyx is the place for you.
