Review: My mother purchased several products including a Vera Bradley Lanyard from Ooh La La in the Logan Valley Mall on 12/20. This was given to me as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, I tried and was unable to wear this lanyard with the id wallet (also purchased that same day) as it was just too heavy and caused me to have neck pain and a migraine from wearing it around my neck. I went to the store with my receipt in hand and the tag still attached to the lanyard to exchange it for another item. I was told they would not allow me to exchange the lanyard. I do not understand why I could not simply exchange this item for something that I could use. They have a 30 day return policy that apparently the store owner/manager [redacted] emailed me was changed for any Christmas purchases and she refuses to allow me to exchange this item that was brought into their store within the 30 days. I can not believe that a store has decided to provide such bad customer service and would rather lose many customers than be accommodating to one customer for a rather small purchase.Desired Settlement: All I am asking is to simply be able to exchange the brand new item with the original tag still attached for another vera Bradley item of the same value.

Review: Put $352.00 on layway in sept 2014 for christmas pick up was oct 2014 and my daughter wanted a chrismas gift early so I let her open one which was one of the pair of jeans grace in la bought from oh la la and when she put on buckle snap came off, so I went to ooh la la to exchanges or refunds past 30 days, was very rude and I had receipt because it was layway they would do nothing left on note cashiersaid owner will do nothing for me, but promise I would get a call, got nothing for defective jeansand bad service, was treated like trash.Desired Settlement: Just to exchange jeans for another pair

Review: Took salesgirl's advice and wrong size dress was ordered for my granddaughter. The store kept tying to put all the blame for this mistake on us. Owner refused to help us with this problem. Did not want to cancel this dress, only wanted a larger size. Tried for over a month to have this done. We were told once you order this dress it's yours!!! Had to seek help from another bridal/prom store to obtain seamtress to alter this dress, Ooh la la did nothing to help us. Owner was rude and does not know the meaning of Good Customer Service!!!! This dress cost $346.00 plus we had to pay $65.00 for alternations. I have worked in customer service positions all my life (mainly banking) and never treated a customer the way I was treated. I always went above and beyond to help my customers. I have e-mail correspondence between the owner of Ooh La La and myself for review if you need it. [redacted]Desired Settlement: All I want is to warn others regarding this store's policies and poor customer service.
