Ooh La La

Review: My daughter just bought a formal dress for her senior homecoming. She spent $315.88 of her own money to buy the "perfect dress"! When she returned home with the dress, she left it in the dress zip bag and hung it in her closet. Two days later she got it out to show me, her dad! When she put the dress on, the beading was falling off the dress. She called the store she bought it from, they said if she brought it back to the store they would look at it and either fix it or let her trade it to make it right. So my daughter drove to the store and dropped her dress off, the lady said a manager would call her. A short time after she dropped off the dress a manager did call and say they were not fixing the dress, nor is she allowed to trade ot or get her money back!! Because its a formal gown. Im sorry but if you by any kind of anything and it falls apart it should be replaced!Her mother did call the store, after all this took place to try and get this issue resolved. The manager preceeded on being very rude and would not make it right with my daughter!Im very unhappy and very dissatisfied with this store, my daughter is a hard worker and deserves what she pays for, and that dress by no means is not what she was hopiing for! Its very beautiful but she shouldn't have to worry about it falling apart. This is her homecoming dress, she is a senior, these are memories she is trying to make.
