I hired Rob from HomeWorks to fix a plumbing leak in the bathtub that caused damage to my ceiling below. Rob was able to locate the leak quickly and fix the faucet without any trouble. He was knowledgeable, timely, professional and easy to do business with. I will definitely call him for any future problems.

I contacted R.J.Dippold Homeworks in the evening after my AC went out in the middle of a very hot and humid weather pattern. The owner (Rob) offered to come out and perform the repair that same evening. I told him that we would be good until the next day this way he will have daylight to work in. Rob assured me that although he was extremely busy due to the unusual heat he would get to me within 24 hours. I got a message from him the next morning letting me know that he would be to my house around noon and another message when he was on his way. Sure enough it was at my house at exactly 12:00.
Immediately upon arrival Rob got right to work and within 10 minutes he had the problem diagnosed. He was honest, upfront and explained the repair to me and quickly had my AC up and running again. He then thoroughly cleaned the unit of all the debris that was inside it and tested it out to make sure that it was running according to the design specifications.
Rob was very professional and informative. His work truck was clean and meticulous and he was the same way about the service he performed for me.
I will recommend R.J.Dippold Homeworks to my friends and colleagues and I am planning on having Rob back in the late summer to service my Furnace and replace my hot water tank.

Rob was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the service he performed which was installing a new high-efficiency furnace and some new duct work in my finished basement. Job was completely neat and clean is before he started. Would highly recommend.

Rob was courteous, on time, and professional. He maintained excellent communication, via email and text message, throughout the entire process. He did superb work and left the area cleaner than he found it, including vacuuming the basement stairs to the furnace. In an age where it seems to be increasingly rare, it is refreshing to find someone who takes pride in his work.

Review: Long story short: They overcharged my boyfriend by about 20$, made him wait 45 minutes, never gave him food and started yelling slurs at us when we asked for our money back. Then proceeded to physically PUSH my boyfriend out of the restaurant. Needless to say, we won't be going back.Desired Settlement: We would like to be refunded the money we paid, approximately $30 because we never actually received what we ordered. I believe they never had any intention of serving us that night.

Review: I watched the several different "cooks/servers" contaminate the foods by putting seafood in the poultry fryer and cutting poultry where they prepared seafood. I watched one employee prepare shrimps on the counter and then another employee use the same uncleaned counter to prepare chicken. Which contaminated that piece of chicken and then the entire flour and egg wash used to prepare the chicken for frying and the chicken was fried in the seafood fryer. When I explained this to the employee taking the orders he attempted to rectify the situation by preparing new chicken to be fried in the chicken fryer, but by then the employee that was at the stove had compromised the chicken fryer by draining fried shrimp in the empty basket that hovered over the chicken fryer. Not that it would have helped the situation at all anyway since the entire egg wash and flour was already contaminated.Desired Settlement: Less people in the "kitchen" area. Employees should all have specific roles (i.e. 1 person at oven/ stove that also packages food, 1 person doing the fryer, 1 person at "sides", 1 person taking orders)
