WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with!! I say that with sincerity
Ordered a poster from them, ONE single posterSomehow their website "glitched" and charged me for postersI emailed customer service many times to try and cancel the order with two posters on it, they took FOREVER to get back in contact with me and when they finally did, they kept insisting my order contained a custom made phone case or mug which rendered my order unable to be cancelled which was completely falseTried calling their customer service phone number many times during business hours to be put on hold for nearly an hour before giving up or having an automated machine tell me their office is closed even though it was during business hoursBasically useless...so I decided to wait for the order to arrive and then try to return it but what a surprise, this company has NO return policy since everything is "custom" madeThe cherry on top of it all is that when the posters finally arrived, they looked terrible, nothing like the advertisement pictureThis company is genius at STEALING from you, ignoring you, sending you an inferior product and making sure there's no way you can get your money back from themIt's what they're in business to do and They're very good at it!

Ordered a mug month ago They took my money, but I never received the product When I try calling, I never get through to anyone Sent several claims complaints via email and I get a "we are working on it" response I have yet to speak to anyone They are thieves DO NOT use this excuse for a company

Constantly flogging their t-shirts on Facebook, they use small pictures in order to deceive users into thinking that they're getting a GREAT looking shirt when, in fact, the product is HORRIBLE lookingThe other complaints show a long pattern of poor product and awful service

Tee-Chip is a scam if you go to their Face Book page and click on their pictures you will see all of the people saying that they are scammers and that they want their money back and that they are a fake companyI myself ordered and paid through Pay Pal and I started a claim through them I ordered shirt at and I printed a confirmation page and it said that it will ship around May , I contacted them and they stated that they do not give dates to ship Well there is lie one then they said they could not give me my money back through pay pal DONT BUY FROM Tee-Chip if you want a tee shirtthey Lie and never send you your Tee Shirt

I ordered tee shirts for a Reunion and was told they would not be ready until way after our date for reunionI tried to cancel and was told " no cancelelations " I received them today 1/weeks after our reunionMy order was 5weeks ago which should have given plenty of time to get them out to meI ought two and with shipping it is $down the drain

I created a campaign and sold T-shirts on the website teechip.com, which is, as I understand, owned by Oohshirts, Inc. All went well up to this point.
I ordered a shirt myself and received it a few days after the campaign ended. The quality of the printing was sub par. It was a simple 1-color design.
I filed a complaint, but have not heard from a customer rep since. I tried to call the number of the seller support but was redirected to an answering service. Nobody ever contacted me.
A few days later I found out that a customer who bought shirts didn't receive the shirts due to incorrect labeling of the package. The customer tried to get in touch with customer service, but could not resolve the issue and has not received the shirts paid for.
I will not conduct business with Teechip or Oohshirt, Inc in the future.

Attempted to purchase Standing Rock Sioux shirts to support their effort against the Dakota Access Pipeline. Three months and multiple emails and calls, I did get a refund but no shirts, because they didn't make any. To use these poor people to profit is disgusting. DO NOT BUY.

This company steals artwork from artists (myself included) to sell online. It's constantly popping up with different campaigns on Facebook, changing its name and blocking the artists from commenting. They're unresponsive to emails and their phone number doesn't work.

I thought this company was legitimate because I followed a link in a USA Today article to buy a sweatshirt for the Women's March on Washington happening two days from now. When it didn't arrive I tried tracking it and they said it hasn't even been printed yet. The email I received said it would ship by January 14 - January 17th. After waiting 15 minutes both on the phone and for an online chat, they said that they those dates were only "expected" but they did not guarantee shipment until 14 days after the fundraising campaign ended (in this case January 7th). Then it would take five days to arrive so I would not get until a week after the March on Washington. When I spoke to them they said they were well aware of the problem but could do nothing about it. I could not cancel the order, they do not offer expedited shipping, and they would not reveal who the seller was so I could complain to them. Then I went online and saw all of the awful reviews! I am going to email the USA Today reporter to tell her that she was promoting a scam. This company is not credible, responsible, or legitimate. Do not buy anything from them.

I placed a t-shirt order for nearly $900. When I placed the order, my design displayed my business logo on the front left pocket as well as the back. The back also showed my phone, web address and business address. When I received the approval for my design all of the business info was missing. I immediately declined the approval and tried to contact the business. The messaging system notified me that there was a 107 minute wait time. The messaging system asks if you would like to leave a message, I pressed the button to do so and nothing happened...so I waited...waited...waited. Then I had to go to work. I tried calling back two more times, same thing. They didn't send me an email back about my missing info for 24 hours. I then emailed to cancel my order right away because I felt very insecure with the entire process. Another 24 hours went by. (They had already charged my card at this very convenient point) I received an email back saying that they would refund me 85% because they already ordered my blank shirts. (How convenient??) I called again, this time I held for 35 minutes. Still the response is 85% refund.
I came to the conclusion that they make the communication process so difficult that you'll cancel your order and they get to keep the 15% with no skin off of their back because they didn't even have to produce a product! Did they even actually order my blank tees? Probably not. (They were also black tees which we all know would be used very quickly)
I'll be following up with a disputed charge through my credit card company.

This company was responsible for sending me two t-shirts I'd ordered. They didn't arrive, and when I checked with the post office, they said the company had written an incomplete address - only city, state and zip code, so naturally the mail carrier didn't know where to deliver it.
I've filed a claim online, emailed them, and waited on hold for 30 minutes two separate times, before hanging up in defeat. I cannot get anyone from this company to respond to me and I'm not even convinced they're a real company anymore.

I placed an order online and was immediately charged, which is illegal to charge a card until the merchandise ships. I immediately cancelled. They sent an email on Nov 7th claiming, "As of the writing of this email, your order has not yet entered the production process and is still eligible for cancellation. You will be able to cancel your order until Sunday, November 6. To cancel your order, please respond to this email with the reason for cancellation." To which I immediately replied, and have yet to receive an email response again. I've called the 866 number several times, staying on hold for an entire hour, and NO ONE picks up the phone, not ever. I finally got someone on the live chat on the website and explained that they told me I could cancel and then ignored my cancellation. They basically told me it was my own fault for not cancelling before the 6th, which I sent my cancellation in on the 4th but they didn't respond to it until the 7th. I was told too bad. I called my bank and flagged them as fraudulent, I was also referred to the Federal Trade Commission (877-382-4357 CALL THEM!!) and filed a claim, who also referred me to the Federal Bureau of Investigations, Internet Crime Complaint Center (ic3.gov) to file a complaint as well. They need to be shut down asap!

This is the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. The beginning of the process was fine - the date I was told shirts would be delivered was well within the time frame I needed them in. I should've known something was wrong when I began looking for updates during the week leading up to the PROMISED delivery date. Long story short, they failed to deliver the shirts, could not provide a new delivery date and when I told them to cancel the order I was told they had to produce them anyway and ship them to me - and then I could request a return and 'possible refund'. I repeatedly told them to not produce them since I couldn't use them after the fact - how wasteful! And yet they turned up on my doorstep. And let me tell you - the print quality was horrendous - you can't even make out what's supposed to be on the shirts. I would NEVER recommend this company - atrocious customer service. Shame on them for disappointing 28 2nd grade students.

No customer service. Have been trying to contact this company for a week concerning my order. No return phone call, no answer through phone tree.

Complete scam. Do not order anything of these people. They sent me an item that barely matched what was on their website and guess what? They don't offer refunds. Instead, they blame the artist and screen technology and basically call you dumb for believing the color on your screen is exactly what you'd expect to get! Incompetent and unresponsive. I ordered a Mets shirt...anyone who has seen their logo knows what shade of blue they wear! Royal blue is very different from dark, almost blueish-black!

I made a purchase with this company for a t'shirt on 11/24/2016. I never received any type of confirmation number, order number, or my order. Once my order was placed, I was told it was supposed to ship out on 12/05/2016. That was the last thing I heard from them. The money for my order was deducted from my bank account by TeeChip on 11/25/2016. I have repeatedly tried to contact them every possible way, with no response. They are crooks and someone needs to press criminal charges against them. I am not the only customer that has had this experience. If you go onto their Facebook page, every person that has commented on their photos, etc has the same things to say about them. They are taking people's money and not providing the product promised. They need to be investigated and shut down ASAP!

AWFUL! I ordered four screen print tank tops on August 6th through a Facebook sponsored advertisement with a TeeChip link. I received the wrong ones a few weeks later on August 25th. There was no invoice or receipt with instructions for a refund, return or exchange included in the packaging. I phoned a complaint on August 25th. I asked for a refund, but they refused. This company is nearly impossible to reach, they took over 4 weeks to respond to a couple of my email complaints. I've waited on hold for 40 minutes on more than a couple of occasions. After numerous emails, phone calls, filling claims, they admitted the mistake and agreed to reprint them, still never offering a refund. I was told mid-September that I should have the correct ones in about two weeks. I finally received four more of the same INCORRECT tank top products yesterday, Nov. 14th. DO NOT purchase anything from them.
