On April 4th I made arrangements to rent a Hoover Board for one day for my short film shoot on 4/16/Though the two sales clerks who work in the shop quoted me a price of $for the day and said I could pay in person and come in and pick up the hoover board, the owner charged me $497.08, which included tax and shipping on an item that was going to be picked up and dropped offI paid online as instructedThe total amount was $On Tuesday 4/I received an email from the owner Michael *** stating the entire amount has been refunded to my accountAs of 4/25/2016, my bank has nothing pending with that amount from Hoover BoardsThe Hoover Board was returned unused and in the same condition as when it was picked up the morning of 4/16/
