OP Nails

I asked this company to do some simple fixes on my [redacted] website I am familiar with [redacted] , but was swamped with work and thought I can hand off some of my work load I asked for simple things and agreed on a price and time frame I paid half upfront and we agreed that it needed to be done in days On day I asked to see some progress and he goes "it hasn't been days yet." So I waited until the 7th day and the work was terrible The simple things like putting a social media icon on the site by take seconds to upload a plugin and the slider images I gave him were displayed terribly as well This company is not in New York, don't let the phone number and address trick you They are in Pakistan and the person who runs this outsources his work He is only a lousy consultant STAY AWAY!

On day 5 I asked to see some progress and he goes "it hasn't been 7 days yet." So I waited until the 7th day and the work was terrible. The simple things like putting a social media icon on the site by take 45 seconds to upload a plugin and the slider images I gave him were displayed terribly as well. This company is not in New York, don't let the phone number and address trick you. They are in Pakistan and the person who runs this outsources his work. He is only a lousy consultant. STAY AWAY!

The fact is that Ann came to my nail salon on Oct 22, 2015 to get nail service, she paid $60. I do not refuse or deny my responsibility or liability to protect my customer. what caused her problem, but she refused to come. Because she did not cooperate I can not fix or solve her complaint.
