Review: OP Productions LLC are the developers of a game called Infestation: Survivor Stories.

I bought the said game some weeks after the first alpha release back in December 2012 and played on the same said account until December the 3rd 2014 when I got unfairly banned.

During those two years I never used any kinds of 3rd party programs to improve my gameplay, or to get an unfair advantage over other players (ie. I never downloaded any hacks/cheats nor did I ever modify my game files).

Immediately when I got banned I sent a support ticket to OP Productions' Zendesk support line hoping they would actually take another look into my account and see their ban was false - yet they never replied to my ticket and just closed it straight away.

I got banned for no reason from a game I made hundreds of youtube videos of, played thousands of hours, spent quite a massive amount of money on and advertised through the whole first person shooter gaming community.

No amount of money refunded to me would make up for the time I spent on this game, I simply want my account back.

Review: OP Productions produced a video game that a lot of people have enjoyed but also found to have been made by ies.

I spent 80+ days, on their game, I climbed the rankings and achieved rank ONE, I Livestreamed and supported their game via www.twitch.tv, I spent probably close to a thousand dollars in their game on ingame currency and cosmetics.

An employee of theirs decided (Name = MMAZ) that with no evidence but his own opinion, that he should infact permanently BAN my game account, again for no reason except his own opinion about me as a player within the game.

The developers of this game has made promises after promises (never were any promises lived up to, always let down) they promised changes in the game, game updates that never happened or were delayed MONTHS.

When somebody's game account is permanently BANNED by a developer (employee of the company that produced the game) they are put on a LIST, which says that you are not to have your account back, despite any evidence that you dont deserve the ban.

You have the ability to email their support staff, and they will ""review"" the case, but when you provide your game account details they can see on the LIST that this developer that closed your account has said that you should not have your account back, so they just give you the usual "no" answer, and always refuse to provide evidence that the closure of the game account was LEGIT.

As far as I know, the developer that banned me, was later fired after the closure of my account, and I have to do this day, 6+ months after the closure of my game account, still not found a developer that wants to talk to me or help me, they intentionally IGNORE me, or just tell me to go F myself.

I feel that I have been wrongfully treated, when I over the course of a year and a couple of months spent over 2000 hours ingame on their game servers, spent almost a thousand dollars and had my game account closed with no reason provided and only based off a personal opinion.

MMAZ used to work for the company, he did a youtube series that I think was later deleted, but I believe he also did some developing, but nonetheless he had the ability to ban me for no reason.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be a money refund or to have my account re-opened with everything intact as it was when It was closed.

I would be satisfied with 300 USD +

Review: Purchased a software product in advanced in good faith. product was not as advertised. The company lied and doesn't respond to any contact. they make public false claims and don't follow though.Desired Settlement: $60 refund for purchase made.

Review: I played The Warz, now renamed as Infestation Survivor Stories, from the release of the game until I was unfairly banned. I purchased a private server in the game prior to being banned that has since run out without use. I received no notice or any reason for my ban through official communications. My support ticket was closed instantly without reply. Unofficially, they claim that I have cheated in their game but this is untrue. I have spent thousands of dollars and roughly 3 thousand hours in the game over the last 2 years. I have supported this game though YouTube for a 18 months by uploading hundreds of videos with thousands of views. To suggest that I was cheating is ridiculous considering the amount of time and money I would have been risking. No amount of money can ever compensate for what I have lost with the banning of this account. The account email that was banned is [email protected]. The character that was banned was [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like my account to be unbanned.

Review: Spite having been one of the very first people to even preorder this game back in September of last year, I have now been permanently banned unjustly. I have never cheated, and would never cheat. I have tons of in game gold credits and still private server rentals available as well. All of which cost real world money, and cannot be used due to being banned, again for no reason. I have contacted their customer support. Once on July 26th. And once again about August 20th. Checking on those case statuses, they both say "awaiting assignment." Unacceptable. It has been over a month. And after attempting to contact them through their [redacted] page as well, I was immediately blocked. Unable to contact them from that method. After reviewing their support forums it seems there have been an overwhelming number of people being unjustly banned. A number of them having already purchased a large number of in game credits. Leading the fans to a theory that they are scamming people out of money, and banning hardcore players like myself, thinking we would pay for the game again.Desired Settlement: I would like my account unbanned, with all of my characters stats and inventory intact, an apology, and some in game gold credits to make up for the ability to not play this game now for over a month. A game that I was one of the first to purchase, and participated in the alpha testing, stood up for, and got many of my friends to purchase.

Review: I purchased this software game back in October 9th of 2012 , and paid 49.99 for a game they promised numerous things with and never full filled any of those obligations that I was to receive with the account, also refused me support when back in December before the game was released support to get the software updater working and patching correctly so it could be used and the game played. After having so many issues, and the company lied so many times about what we were promised to get with the game, I finally after 8 months of working on the issue myself and not getting any support get the patcher working finally , by for the 10th time reinstalling their software it began working after they fixed their software and made a new launcher and were forced to change their name due to copyright infringement violations , and only to find my account and software use was banned unjustly for no reason. I never broke their terms of service or agreements, matter of fact they broke their guarantees and did never full fill what I was to receive with my account purchase to this day I never received any of the items I purchased.I paid 50 dollars for a product I never received and service never given.To support this even more , the company made promises not to wipe account data after october 31st, and they did in fact wipe in december again causing all time account and data loss.Desired Settlement: I want either my fund refunded to my visa card I paid for the game with or my account made so I can use it and my items, GC, and all promised items, private server rental for 6 months premium rental and my titles and inventory restored as they were last time I played the game.

Review: Product was advertised as having "Up to 100 player servers" the game promises, despite only supporting 50 players in each. The one and only map currently playable is only 72 square kilometers, however it was advertised as "between 100 and 400 km square kilometers.". Clear false advertising on Steam, in which has been proven and the game removed. However, I bought the game directly and have not been offered a refund despite voicing my complaints.Desired Settlement: I paid $30 for this game. I request a full refund.

Review: I've been playing a game once called WarZ which later on switched name to Infestation:Survivor Stories, this game is provided and sold by OP Productions (Hammerpoint Interactive).

On the date of the 16/05/2014 I was banned on a game which I had been playing since 24th March 2013 (Account purchase: [redacted] ). When I was banned I didn't get a reason which led to my account being banned. When I sent in a support ticket asking why I was banned they said this.

OP Productions is unable to offer further assistance once an account is closed for valid reasons. We do not release internal information or details regarding bans or investigations.

I play and record my gameplay footage when I can for my youtube. Where you can clearly see that i'm not cheating.

I've spent around 1037 hours on the game and that converts to around 43 days played time. That's a lot of time which was used to play the game. I;ve spent real money on gold coins (approximately £86.82) , also known as GC.

OP productions are extremely unprofessional and really dont know how to run a game if they're going to ban players who weren't cheating.Desired Settlement: Un Ban my account.

Review: I purchased two copies of a game from the company on November 7, 2012. I got a copy for me and one for my girlfriend. I played the game until February 2013, she stopped playing in December 2012 as it was her first experience with a PC platform game, and she felt it was a little bit beyond her experience. After a friend of mine decided to purchase a copy of the game on 4-14-2014 and requested that we play, we both decided to re-install the game and give it another try. After attempting to log into my account and not having my password work I reset my password and proceeded to log in. All of my characters in the game had their inventories emptied, and my 'GC' balance on my account was empty. 'GC' being the game currency purchased with real world currency. I checked the 'GC' log and saw that on 10-27-2013 my entire balance was donated to a clan I've never heard of. I then went to check the status of my clan, and all but one of my characters still remained in the clan. Also all of my girlfriends characters were no longer in the clan, so I knew something had happened. She then attempted to log into her account only to find that her password wasn't working. After failing to get the right password 5 times, the game IP locked her account for 1 hour. After the hour was up, she reset her password and tried again to log in. When she logged in the game told her that she had been permanently banned for cheating. Apparently at some point, someone other than us had gained access to both of our accounts. After doing some research I had found that OP Productions LLC / Hammerpoint Interactive's database and forums had been hacked and thousands of accounts had been compromised, ours being two of them. I then proceeded to contact their support to get the issue resolved. After we both contacted support. I was told that nothing can be done to fix my issue and that it was my responsibility to maintain the security of my account, even though it wasn't my security that was at fault for the loss. My girlfriend was told that her account was banned because she violated the EULA, which she never had, she had just been a victim of OP Production / Hammerpoint's negligence of security and support. The problem was their security not ours. They now have an anti cheat system in place, and apparently better security. None of which was in place when we played.Desired Settlement: I either want replacement of my lost 'GC' balance to my account and my girlfriend's account replaced or a full refund in the amount of $24.99 USD per account via check, as I no longer have the prepaid card I used to purchase these accounts.

Review: To start off, They had a security breach where countless passwords and user account information was stolen and used to steal things from other people's account, Unfortunately one of my accounts was affected, I have waited 2 weeks for a response from them to restore what was stolen and to no avail. I then contacted their customer support because I wanted a refund - They informed me that I could not receive a refund due to the fact that my account had been online for more than 24 hours which was from my account being hacked/stolen and was not me at all. Review: My account was unfairly banned and now I am unable to play Infestation: Survivor Stories. It is an online survivor game. The account username is [redacted]. I have never used any 3rd party software or cheats to give myself an advantage over other players. I believe I was banned because one of the developers has a grudge against me because he streams while he works and only listens to people who donate to him or pay $5 to subscribe to his channel. I told him he was bad at his job because of that and I'm sure he banned me for that reason. I send in a ticket to their Help Desk Support and I almost instantly receive an automated decline. Review: So I have been support this game Infestation since it came out. I have spent over 200 dollars on this game. The other day I was playing their new game mode called Hardcore with a friend. Well me and my friend happened to kill a guy named Envoy who just happened to be streaming. Well the Developers of this game just so happened to also be on his stream watching. 1 minute after we killed Envoy both my character and my friends were both killed and banned from the game. I tried to contact Infestations support by submitting 3 tickets but all 3 tickets were closed and ignored with no response back. They cannot even tell me why I was banned. I am 100% sure I did nothing to break their policies. They banned both me and my friend because the Developer thought we were ESPing but there is not enough proof to just ban someone on suspicion. I have tried to contact the Developers on the forums also to try to get a one on one conversation with one of them but every time I try I get ignored like always. This game has a very bad support system and they do not care who gets banned and if the bans were unjust. They just care about money and if someone is gonna buy the game again. I mean they can't even stop people from hacking in this game. I have around 1k hours on this game so I had no reason to cheat and I had just spent over 50 dollars in the past 2 weeks also for in game money. Review: I'm a passionate gamer, with the intention of having fun in videogames, for the past 11-12 months I've been playing a game once called WarZ which later on switched name to Infestation:Survivor Stories, this game is provided and sold by OP Productions (Hammerpoint Interactive) I started off by spending 20$ on the game and from there on playing the game +10 hours every day which resulted in me gaining the top rank in the game, I have been ingame for over 60 days in this game in the past 340-365 days. which is a lot of wasted time, because I was banned without being provided a reason and I have purchased ingame currency (Gold coins) in this game through the service Xsolla, and spent atleast 200$ and I demand a refund or my account unbanned, also the ban message that I recieved was something like "This account is not gonna be able to ask for customer support as it has been disabled for this account"

so In total I wasted +220$ and +60 days of hard work INGAME

I'd also like to add that back in June or July last year I was banned and had to wait nearly 1 month for somebody to unban me or tell me what was going on, OP productions are extremely unprofessional and really dont know how to run a game and try their best to shape the game in a way that requires everybody to spend money on (GC) to have fun in the game.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, and my time spent in a form of currency, or my account UNBANNED from the game.
