I showed up to my appointment and the doors were locked, I waited minutes and they still were not thereI called but their answering machine was full and I could not leave a messageThey never called me to cancel or rebookI have called everyday for over a week and I still can't get a hold of them Very unprofessional

I explained to the customer that I had simply forgot to increase her appointment time. The customer was very upset and didn't want to here anything I had to say. She told me to cancel the reminder of her scheduled appointments. After I canceled the appointments the customer then wanted to be put...

back on the schedule. I explained to the customer we had a new policy that required a card on file to schedule appointments in order to enforce our cancelation policy for all customers if necessary. They only reason she was allowed to have an appointment without one is because she scheduled all her appointments before the policy went into effect. Customer was irate and unreasonable therfore she left and never came back. She can come get her final treatment but she has to call the call center and they will require a credit card on file in order to schedule her appointment. Ondranique

They were offered a refund at the time the issue arose at the office. The customer paid groupon not Opal Amazing Looks therfore they must request a refund from Groupon.Ondranique
