Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This vendor is very unprofessional and is lyingMy year old grandson did not ride the balloon and this vendor charged my daughter $not $When I asked him for a refund he immediately became defensive and told me he would only sell another balloon to me for a discountI only became angry when he shoved another balloon in my faceMr [redacted] lied about the quality of the balloonI still have the balloon and will be more than happy to attach photos so you can see it would not be possible to ride such a balloon with the "feet" were paperIf Mr [redacted] sells the balloon for $then he deliberately deceived my daughter and a number of other customers by telling everyone it was $What Mr [redacted] calls a temper tantrum is what a reasonable person would call a dissatisfied customerI am rejecting his response as it is not a refundThis is a classic tale of "buyer beware"I simply asked him for another balloon or a refund and he immediately became unprofessional and defensive$is expensive for a poor quality balloonMy two year old grandson did nothing except walk with the balloon on a string when it poppedNothing out of the ordinary or extraordinary but walking The balloon is filled with air and does not fly awayThe balloon remained low to the ground and my grandson did not have the balloon long enough to do anything with it except walkAs you can see from the attached picture the hole is located by where the paper feet were affixed It appears a hole was being sealed by the taped feet and rather then getting rid of it, I am convinced this vendor sold the defective balloon to my year old daughter for $It was just a matter of time before air would leak from it or it would pop with useI am rejecting this vendor's response as it is not the $refund Regards, [redacted]

Dear Sirs,The customer had made complaint on most of her partShe threw lots of tantrums like a kid at that time and since it had happened more than A WEEK AGO, she is still throwing tantrums about itAfter I sold her the walking animal balloon, she sat about feet away in mall resting areaI was watching her kid playing the balloon as she was RIDING on itShe could have told the kid not to RIDE it, just walk itThat's when somehow the kid popped the balloonSince she paid for a balloon which she said was very very expensive, she became instantly mad about paying expensive price for the balloonAs of matter of fact, I forgot to tell her children's hospitals are selling those for when I made the saleI have been selling these balloons since AUGUST 20th and never had a customer like her throwing kid's tantrums in my entire working days If it had popped while she was walking away which NEVER EVER HAPPENED to any of my customers because we had sometimes filled up the balloons so large that it had flown away, I would have instantly given her a balloon for free apologizing about itSince she lied in front of my eyes, I completely backed up on not giving her another balloonIf she had been honest and not lie in front of kids and asked with a smiley face, I would have instantly given her another balloon kindheartedly even if we have ALL SALES FINAL policy from my own purchaseAs she creating too much drama for certain period, I handed her another balloon looking at that little kid watching meThat is when she flipped out asking for the refund as she might have thought since he was giving me a balloon, why not ask for a refund? The customer received the item with the complete satisfaction after the demonstration of the productI properly explained them how to use it and its applications including warrantiesI spent at least half an hour for the demonstration of the productThen after he
purchased itHe was with his wife at that time of purchaseHe mentioned that he is buying it for his wifeHe came after a week telling me his wife can't use it anymore for some disability reason and wanted the refund. I mentioned him the company applies refunds on certain products depending on what happened to the productI was ready for him to give an EXCHANGE for the product if it dint work or was DEFECTIVEI do have the[ ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS PLEASETHANK YOU] signboard VISIBLE on the side of REGISTER as well as ALL SALES FINAL on the receiptSince I din't have a NO EXCHANGE sign, I was ready to switch the product with other one. Thank you

When I asked him for a refund he immediately became defensive and told me he would only sell another balloon to me for a discount. I only became angry when he shoved another balloon in my face. Mr [redacted] lied about the quality of the balloon. I still have the balloon and will be more than happy to attach photos so you can see it would not be possible to ride such a balloon with the "feet" were paper. Since she paid 8.99 for a balloon which she said was very very expensive, she became instantly mad about paying expensive price for the balloon.
