Mr. [redacted] signed a service agreement for a termite management program with the Sentricon Colony Elimination System (“Sentricon System”) with our firm on May 1, 2013. Section #11 of our service agreement clearly states that the components of the Sentricon System are the property of[redacted]...
[redacted] Sciences and failure to pay an annual renewal will result in the removal of the Sentricon System. This section also outlines the procedures for removal of the Sentricon System due to the non-payment of a renewal payment including the authorization of the customer to allow access to their property for removal of the Sentricon System components. Mr. [redacted] was sent three separate invoices regarding the renewal of the Sentricon System service agreement. On these invoices, it was clearly stated the failure to pay the annual renewal would result in the removal of the Sentricon System components. The last invoice included a letter indicating that the Sentricon System would be removed unless payment was received. Additionally, three separate phone messages were left with Mr. [redacted] regarding the renewal payment. Mr. [redacted] did not respond to any of these attempts by OPC to contact him. We have and will continue to attempt to contact Mr. [redacted] to discuss this situation and fill any holes that need to be filled from the removal of the Sentricon System. We would be happy to reinstall the Sentricon System at no additional charge upon payment of the annual renewal fee of $190.00.

I wanted To State That I never Signed Any Paper's with OPC Or The Apt Manger, She Has Left And Moved To Flordia As Of Today. I would Like to Add that our Apt's Have not Been Sprayed For Bug's in Month's.
