My son went to jail, I put in dollars so he could buy things but the judge released him the following day so the jail gave him a card with the funds on itIt had a balance of instead of so not sure if the jail charged dollars or if Numi collected it but anyway,I went to Walmart and tried to use the card and it would not workThis was after I checked the balance before going to Walmart so I knew that it had dollars on itSo, the Walmart staff tried to get it to go through with no luck, unbeknownst to me, every time I tried to use it, they charged me a cent NSFso I ended up with a balance of $To be fair, I purposely tried to get as close to $as possible and the total was $17.21, I was just going to pay the extra cents and get rid of the cardI wish I had just asked for a check for the balance because this is a shady way to do businessI do not have a smart phone and checked the balance before leaving my home
