my mother have been a client with this company since 2010, and I must say that I have been very pleased, and for the most part we have had the same aid with the accepting when she have to be off, but one of the office always call me and let me know when someone else is coming, my mother love Open Arms, and I love them as well, the treat mu mother, my home with the upmost respect, they make regular visit to check on my mother and do their assessment, we don't have a complaint as far as I am concern Open Arms is the best company in Memphis
