The information that was giving to the Revdex.com was not to my knowledge trueI sent in other information to confirm this and the was not much done to help me to what I paid for

I have spoken to *** on several occasions and since this complaint She entered into a credit counseling program and was asked to not do several things while this process was going on and that it could take several months to process while all this was going on she continued to be
late on her accounts and also new accounts was added to her collections She had already enrolled in another program and was disputing info her self while this was going on and it blocked them from doing what they was trying to do you cannot have open disputes while in this program She was doing things to report that hindered and prolonged the process for her I have since spoken with her about this and I have already sent request to cancel this service in which they have to prorate what services they already had done and also wait for the disputes to come back on he behalf sometimes when things don't go as clients plan they get upset and take matters into their own hands but this does not make the current situation better it pushes it back You cannot have recent late or collection while this is going on all this was explained but was not followed therefor resulting in delays and setback for her it will take up to 7-business days once the process is canceled for her to receive a refund I do not handle this part all these services are sourced out to a credit agency company in CA I try to be honest and upfront with all my clients and zi have never had a complaints about my services but some will complain after the fact they have done something to hinder the process and this is not my fault I know when dealing with people you will have some that complain especially if they are in a hurry to fix something that cannot be fixed quickly
