[We hired *** *** for two reasons 1) to fix the small leak problem we were having in our guest bedroom, and 2) to fix the problem by installing a brand new roof. We trusted *** *** and his expert advice that he could stop the leak and give us a new roof. When *** was done installing the roof, we paid everything we owed him in full. Three days later when the rain came, the leak, turned into multiple leaks that spread outside of the guest room, into the living room and dining room and now we have $15,000-$20,of damages inside our home (per our Home Owner Adjuster's inspection), as well as a roof that does not serve it's purpose. We paid *** *** to fix our leak and give us a new roof, and what we got in return, was more damages, problems, and pain through all of this. We would like a full refund of what we paid ***, so that we can pay for a new roof to be installed correctly, so we can begin to start fixing the damages that our inside our home, because of the incorrect installation Attached are inspections that have been done on the roof after *** installed it, the facts are revealed there.]

Hi I am *** *** brother and he broke his back and has been laid up for past month and I am very sure he wouldn't just let this go after looking at all email between him and Mrs *** he has been in contact with her accept for when he fell and broke his back so until he situation is much
better it will have to wait other wise Nothing we can do at this time As far as I know from what I was told by *** this job has been issue with Mrs *** trying to get something for free and her roof was in rough shape and it was only a flashing and caulking repair so nothing is full proof when there are plenty of prior issues wrong with a year old roofThank you paul

Dear Revdex.com:It very sad that Mr*** need to use his poor mother illness as an excuse of how he runs his businessAs his comments of how he was going give me the material that he bought to do the roof at my houseHe did text me after the *** police called him because he wouldn't give me a date of when he was going to start doing the work that he got paid to doI told the police officer to tell him that my brother in law didn't give him $2500,to buy us the materialWe gave him the money to do the roof and I didn't not want the materialAs far as the dumpster is concerned, he never called me to say that they were going to get it, I was at work when I got a text from Mr *** stating that he was going to press criminal charges because I was holding the dumpster illegallyI have all the text that he sent me if u want copies I'll be more than happy to send them to you and also a copy of the contract that he gave to my brother in lawI'm in the process of getting a lawyer to deal with Mr*** about this matter. I was hired by him and his roof isn't leaking because of the roof I installed it's leaking from the metal around the siding and also where the j channel meets the metal I have gone out to his house every time I was called back I never once ignored him I also was ask if I could tell his insurance
company the leak was more then what it was he wanted me to lie to them and I also installed a fence for him and he wanted me to give him a billed larger then the cash he paid me for installing the fence I am not doing any business illegally I have a partner who has home improvement Contractors lic and handles that aspect of the business I handle everything else and for him to say he was told to call the police that has nothing to do with this matter this is a civil matter and that's all I never took money and didn't do the work it was done correct but he is looking for someone to blame to get his money back because his insurance company won't pay him what he wantsAlso further more other roofing company's will make competitors look worse then they are cause they won't work I have a communication between me and ***- (***) which every his real name isThank you

[redacted] I have Tex messages between you and two of your family members stated the situation of my circumstances as to what has been going on in my life and if I wasn't in touch with you there wouldn't be any messages from me to you or [redacted], [redacted] police about this matter and also that I had to have the police come to your home to let you know to allow the dumpster company to remove there container you was holding hostage which wasn't fair to them. So I was in total communication with your newphews from the start of this issue and then you had called and I called you right back then you went to [redacted] police which doesn't have anything to do with this at all it's a civil matter. I try to give you materials and dumpster for your money but you didn't accept either I don't have anything further to say because I tryed.

Please let Mr [redacted] know that I also have copies of all the text that he sent me, and I don't see anywhere where he says that he's going to do the roof

I did contract with someone else not [redacted] to do the roof over at the house at [redacted], ma six plus weeks ago and my mom fell ill and four different people I was in touch with about this roof job was aware and I have all Tex messages and voicemails from her family members and also I...

did have a dumpster rental deliver a container the next day which I paid  $675.00 Debit card for it and also I paid $1,890 cash for materials cost which is a total of $2,565 then I try to have the materials delivered to her house couple weeks ago and I receive a call from [redacted] police to tell me she didn't want the materials delivered there she is taking me to small claims court for the full amount back and [redacted] doesn't understand I couldn't get any refund for any of this stuff and also that my mom is very sick which I try to explain to her on thw phone and via text message I sent to her directly so as of now we are both out of money and mind you I never took there money and totally lost contact with them I was spending night after night in the hospital with my mom I even have the [redacted] police officer who will tell you he saw all Tex messages between me and her I never lost contact and never fell off the face of the earth always try to contact her when I could update her on any info possible. Please try and tell me what we can do to fix this issue with out anybody losing anything from it. Thank you Kindly [redacted] ###-###-####

My roof was looked at in detail before this job. I had Mr. [redacted] come out and make sure he understood the roof job that I was asking for. So there would be no surprises for him. He did come out and he also had some kind of satellite software that let him look closely at my roof. My roof has no other issues and it is not 30 years old. Mr [redacted] only stayed for 1 hour and used caulking to repair the chimneys. He did not replace anything, he just caulked over what was there. He also did not bring the necessary staging to be up on my roof and rushed through the job. I paid $1200 for a caulking job on two chimneys that took him 1 hour to do. I will be following up this in small claims with photos of what he did and proof of my payment, if he does not reply in some way to give me a credit. I am NOT asking for anything FREE. All he's done is avoid coming back with a series of explanations - which from these other complaints I see on Revdex.com is a pattern that goes well before my issue and well beyond his recent fall. My initial request was back in NOv 2016. Way before he fell. And giving a credit does not involve him having to get back on my roof. It just involves doing the right thing.
