At this time, I have been contacted directly by Bongenre regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

received an email from Jill F* at Bongenre with a *** payment of $I do not have a *** account and have repeatedly directed this company to credit my original *** card used on July **,To top it all off she only owes me $110.00!This transaction has to be the most frustrating online experience everPlease help straighten this out
