We have communicated our concerns with Open Enclose by way of a (page) paper describing and illustrating (pictures) our concerns Open Enclose responded with a letter that doesn't address the majority of concerns Open Enclose knowingly installed a defective product and now expects the homeowner to work with their supplier to remedy the situation We contracted with Open Enclose, not their supplier Open Enclose needs to work with their supplier, and not try to lay this burden on the homeowner Open Enclose is also responsible for poor installation and product finishing Their response is "there is not much we can do." After repairs, sliding glass door VERY difficult to open
In conversation with company representative (after repairs) no problem was acknowledge and no action plan developed to correct problem except to buy a new sliding glass door
