Hello [redacted] , 0pt;">As per my conversation with on 4/ [redacted] regarding [redacted] We have tried to contact [redacted] on numerous occasions at ###-###-#### which is the number that he had on file when he started with his services back in March [redacted] had provided inaccurate information regarding his accountThe last time [redacted] contacted our office was in He started the credit repair process on 312, which he stated he started on On 4/*/ [redacted] called into the office regarding his account and we informed him that he a quite a few items the was repaired on his file, however we were unsuccessful with getting in contact with him because his number on file was disconnectedWe also informed him that he would need a credit monitoring service to continue with his file [redacted] requested to cancelwhich we told him that it would not be a problem for the items that we were not able to deleteMeaning we would deduct the items we deleted from his initial work feeIn addition, we also asked for his current contact number due to the number we had on file was not in service [redacted] failed to give us his best contactSince the notification from Revdex.com we had tried to contact [redacted] at the number listed on the complaint and once again he failed to answer or return our messagesAs we stand behind our refund policy, if we were not successful with deleting any inaccurate or questionable items off any of our client's credit report we have no problem issuing them a refundOur concern with [redacted] is that if we are not able to get in contact with him and he fails to return our calls how can we at Open Eye Credit Solution resolve a solution and/or issue an refund If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me at ###-###-#### Respectfully yours, [redacted]
