Review: I had purchased a home in Baltimore, MD which has an OpenEye EasyDVR (surveillance system) installed with video cameras. After a few months in the home, the device stopped working. I called Openeye ###-###-#### / ###-###-####) and received the run around for over two months regarding providing services for the device (warranty good 2/2016) or providing information for a legitimate dealer in my area who could service the device. Two months later and I am right back where I started with an Out of Commission surveillance system and no dealer/technician to fix the device.Desired Settlement: I would like the Openeye EasyDVR in operation with cameras and an extended warranty due to the negligence from the company.
