There hasn't been any solution offered to the problem. I have waited for communication from the company in the past, therefore I do not believe they will contact me to either return the controller repaired or to resolve the issue.

Review: In April of 2014, I sent a RC controller (~$500) to Open Hobby for repair. After two months the technician failed to complete the repair and gave excuses for not completing the repair. It is now January and we still haven't gotten the controller back. I have the email chain from the 7 months of communication.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the controller back from Open Hobby. If the controller has been lost or damaged I would like it to be replaced.
