[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I believe this is a fraudulent businessThere is no information on the internet on this company outside of the [redacted] pageI believe I may not have been the only customer who paid for a policy and was almost immediately issued a pro-rated refundI am VERY concerned because this company has my credit card numberI would like this company investigated and I would like proof of their license to provide service Regards, [redacted]

We are no longer offering our products thus our website has been taken downAll of our customer have been refunded either in full or on a prorated basis for when their coverage was active in accordance with our agreementYour credit card information was never stored nor do we have access to itStripe our third party payment processor encrypts it and does not allow access to itAny other questions please feel free to send us a messageHowever since your coverage was active and any claims submitted during that time would have been honored we will not be processing a full refund as we cannot offer our service for freeThanks for your business and we will be in contact when we open operations again in the future!

Per our contract agreement we process refunds on a pro-rated basisCoverage was active an in effect when we began the restructuring process and cancelled the in force policy in questionsHad client suffered a claim or loss during the period the contract was active it would have been coveredOur
service was not and is not provided for freeSimply because the former client didn't suffer a claim isn't grounds for a refund of the full premiumOur company is not a "Scam" and client received their refund within days of policy cancellationThis matter is closed
