Review: I bought a car ACURA MDX 2013, They gave me an offer for buy one accessories get one free, I accept that so choose Running board and roof rail They charged me $ 1695.50 with installation. While I was signing the paper work they manager came and told me we don't have it in stock so we will OWE you this by next week. I said that's fine. I was still signing my paper work for financial, and he gave me a Store OWE slip which was stated both the item OWE to MR. [redacted]. After a few sec he said I need to charge this, so I gave him my credit card and he took the OWE slip with him. An I continue with the financial paper work signing. At that time he gave me the receipt of $1695.50 and the OWE slip It was folded an continue to signing. After week I got a call from the Service dept. and I went for the installation. They install only running board not the rail roof. So I asked the service guy why its not installed, the person said it was only running board. So went to the manager and he said the same thing. So I requested him that sir we had a deal buy one get one free. He said we never had such deal with you for the Accessories buy one get one free. The only money you paid for running board here is the slip. So now I remember when he took with him my card and OWE slip he switched the OWE slip and bring back with folded because of this reason. So try to be nice with the manager and told him you can't do this, he said in reply do whatever you have to do and just go away. So I dispute the charge with my service provider. I just wanted to get my free accessories or refund my money.

Review: On February 6, 2015, I leased a 2015 TLX based on a verbal agreement that the dealership would take my 2012 TL and they would pay the three months still pending on the old lease. I was also told that my total cost for the new lease would be $415 per month with nothing down. I specifically asked about sales taxes and other costs associated with the lease. I was reassured by the salesman and the sales manager that everything was included if I purchased the car that day. I gave my $415 deposit and asked if I could pick up the car the next day., the dealership agreed. The next day I returned my 2012 TL and met with the finance person. At that time, the terms of agreement changed. I had to pay the sales taxes on the new lease and the dealership picked up the payment for the old lease as agreed upon.

I then started to receive notices for payment from [redacted] regarding payment on the 2012 TL lease. I called them and I was told that I had to make the two remaining payments because the contract they had was with me not Open road Acura. I contacted the sales manager of Open Road Acura and after several attempts he declined to make the last two payments on my 2012 TL. When I told him why would I leave the 2012 TL at the dealership and continue to make payments for two cars,especially after they made the first payment, I was told " I know it does not make sense, but there is nothing written in your agreement about making the payments on the old lease".

Please note that there was another person as a witness when the verbal agreement was made.Desired Settlement: Open Road Acura pay the two months payments to [redacted] of $445 per month as agreed upon.

After contacting my attorney, who sent a letter to Open Road Acura regarding the matter. The business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] sent me the full amount owed to me and I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
