spoke to [redacted] ( the dad) and said I would investigate the issue and see if I could get an explanation for the delay in receiving his Motor Vehicle. Upon receiving this complaint I can confirm the bank needs additional information from the original owner of the Camaro. Susan P[redacted], Controller of Open Road Chevrolet, contacted the original owner last night and was told she would receive the necessary documents. A loaner car was offered to [redacted] for his inconvenience but declined. Susan P[redacted] spoke to the father yesterday and said she would communicate with [redacted] today and do everything in her power to get them the documents necessary by today.Sincerely,[redacted]
