Open Tour New York

Review: I purchased a tour for myself and my daughter on Saturday, June **, 2014. This was a ticket for a "hop on hop off" tour to see NY. We could ride to a stop, get off, shop or walk around hop back on. This was supposed to be good for all day, until that evening. The bus driver told me last run is usually about 6 or 7 pm.

We caught the bus from Times Square and bought our ticket and boarding pass on the the bus. We rode a bit before getting off at a stop. When we debarked we confiremd the bus stop and spent some time walking around and shopping. When we were ready to get back on the bus we returned to the stop and waited at least 25 minutes without a bus arriving. I tried calling the phone number listed on the brochure seeral times but there was no way to reach a person. Only a recording. We ended up walking back to Times Square to try to find the bus and an actual place to purchase tickets. Didn't see any kind of store front or stand for the company so waited at the bus stop for another 15 minutes and no bus there. I had planned to use the bus as transportation to Little Italy for dinner but had to make other arrangements. The following morning I again tried to find a stand or the bus to see if we could extend our tour since we did not get the benefit of "hop on hop off" the prior day. But there was no one there for the company and no bus.

I made several attemps to call and I sent 2 emails through the website but did not receive a reply. I followed the instructions in the brochure for a refund which was sending the information I noted above along with the receipt and boarding pass. I followed the exact written instructions in the brochure and sent it to the address specified on 7/*/2014 and the letter was returned to sender due to "insufficient address. Unable to Forward"

I did not get the servicce specified and am unable to get through via phone, email, or the address listed in the brochure for a refund.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the amount I paid.
