Good AfternoonAfter reading this complain which she had already purse in our website on [redacted] and [redacted] The voucher she is claimed that wants her refund she has to do it directly with [redacted] we cannot give refund because we don't have control over the company websiteWhen purchasing a [redacted] we highly suggest to read the fine print before purchasing the [redacted] , it does state what comes and what doesn't come with the [redacted] I apologize for the service that was done at your homeWe try to give our best when it comes to customers, unfortunately we were not able to do that at your home, also we would of liked to have gone back to your home and redone the windows but since you canceled the check we had no guarantee yo would pay us if we would of redone the windowsWe apologize but since the extra service wasn't paid there's not much more we can doTell us why hereThank YouSparkling Cleaning Service

I am rejecting this response because:The business owner continues to be untruthful in this mediation, as is evidenced by his evolving storyIn this response, he states: "We gave the option for the client since she didn't like our service to get the refund money with *** of what she paid for the window cleaningWe gave aware to the homeowner to few screens that they were small damaged but obviously we being blame."WOW! Nothing here is true as he has presented itHe has provided no refund option or assistance with a *** refundThat did not and has not happenedIf we read the prior response, he said that he had no ability to refund because *** controlled that paymentThis did not suggest to me he offered any option for *** to refund me or any assistance in getting that refundSecondly, now that he's addressing the damaged window screens at all, he is now accusing me of being told they were damaged before the work (this is patently untrue) and then falsely blaming the damage on themNow, this is such a gross untruth that it is insultingIF they had identified damage before working, it would seem to me that it would have been noted on the screen cleaning invoice or even referenced in any discussion before this moment, but none of those things happened because this entire version of events did not happenMy screens were not previously damaged, sir, and shame on you every step of the way for your lack of accountability and integrity.Let's be clear: I am solvent enough to repair screens if they needed/need repairOnly a few months before hiring this company, I had window glass replaced for windows, nearly half of all the windows in my homeI inventoried all my windows at that time and would have had any minor screen repairs completed at the same time-- if it had been necessaryBut, it was not necessary because they weren't damagedI want to say that also expect no financial remedy out of this Revdex.com process or exchange with this ridiculously unprofessional business owner; my real goal and point is to put a speed bump in this company's unscrupulous practices and save the next consumer from being damaged or cheated with their servicesI hope the Revdex.com sees through these untruths posed by the business and confirms this as a valid complaint to safeguard other future consumers

I am rejecting this response because: this response does not address the fact that the company caused damages to my window screens and failed miserably to clean the windowsHe has confused the *** payment, which was for window cleaning, with the add on service payment made by check for screen cleaningThese were two different payments madeYou received payment through *** for Window cleaning--and the windows were not cleaned, as shown by photosI directly paid you extra by check for screen cleaning and of my screens were soon found to be damagedYou did NOT respond to my contacts about the problems with your service, so I cancelled the check payment, paying a fee to my bank to do so. I'm left with unclean windows, which you admit should be re-cleaned, and I have ruined screens that have to be repaired or replacedYour services left me with damages and you didn't clean my windowsYou failed at both servicesYou received majority payment for two failed services and you left your customer's property in need of redo AND repairThat is unacceptable

I apologize again for the service that was done at your home. We try to give our best when it comes to customers, unfortunately in your case we were not able to do that at your home. Yes, two payment were made one through [redacted] which we don't have control of payment and the other one $75.00 in check that was for the tracks and screens which is the check the homeowner cancel.Unfortunately the fee that the bank made that's out of hand she decide to cancel the check because she was not happy with the service.  We gave the option for the client since she didn't like our service to get the refund money with [redacted] of what she paid for the window cleaning. We gave aware to the homeowner to few screens that they were small damaged but obviously we being blame. We tried to give our best service to everyone.
