Openbay did respond to my original review, promptly. The intervened with the vendor and all is good at the end of the day. I have used this service several times since and it has saved me some serious cash. They are also very easy to deal with

Open bay app appears to offer some good priced competitive service at local shops. However when I got pricing and setup an appt, the shop never heard of Openbay at first. However another person intervened and helped out. The bad news is that at the end of the day I was charged 25% more than quoted. Before you start let me be perfectly clear I brought in the specific vehicle and requested the specific service quoted with no up rages or additional work. I did reach out to Openbay app support and was told that the vendor would talk to me about a refund , to date all I have heard is crickets
The warranty accompanying a transmission service delivered to Ms [redacted] by [redacted] and [redacted] was for months or 12,milesA rebuilt transmission was installed in Ms [redacted] ’s [redacted] Minivan on February 11, Ms [redacted] contacted [redacted] and [redacted] and Openbay in May of describing a problem she was ***iencing with her [redacted] Minivan, the same vehicle that was serviced by [redacted] and [redacted] and demanded additional work to be performed under the warranty at no chargeBased on the dates of each event, the warranty period for the service that was originally performed on February 11, had expiredOpenbay devoted resources to connect [redacted] Repair with Ms [redacted] but ultimately the warranty period expired and dictated available services to Ms [redacted] for her [redacted] MinivanWe reported our efforts to Ms [redacted] with suggestions on how to resolve the problem with her [redacted] Minivan
