I just had opening Innovations out to install a new French door at my homeFrom the beginning [redacted] was professional & courteousHis installers were on time, professional and most important to me extremely conscientious of doing a quality job! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone! As well as the price being very fair!

New door installed in March. Doesn't open and close properly. Company made appointment to repair. Did not come New door (replacement) order made February, 2018. Door that differed from the characteristics agreed to, was brought for installation on or about March 2, 2018. Door installed with my agreement. Over the next few months the door became increasingly difficult to open and close. It now takes all of my strength and multiple attempts to close it. I called ***, the estimator & contact person, on 10/3/18 and explained problem. He promised to fix it on Saturday, 10/6/18. On Saturday, he called and said he could not come at promised time but would come about 2 hours later. He did not come. I called him and he promised to come Monday 10/8/18 at 8:30 a.m. He did not come. he did not call. On Monday 10/8/18 I called, reached a voice mail and left a message. Opening Innovations has not called or communicated with me since my call of 10/8/18. The nominal 80 inch door is so tight for 5

Opening Innovations recently installed two new doors and replaced an existing rod iron door at my elderly in-laws home [redacted] and his crew provided a prompt and reasonably priced quote; arrived on the promised date; and completed the work efficiently while being courteous and considerate of their on-site customers I highly recommend this company for your window and door needs

Opening Innovations just completed replacing windows on our year old home.The crew was courteous and the work was done efficiently The experience we had warrants an excellent review for this company as they went the ***extra mile*** to properly install the new windows to provide us the maximum amount of energy efficiency
