Dear Revdex.comI am responding to letter I recieved via mail in reference to [redacted] Philadelphia Pa ***I have a Contract with [redacted] I have no problem finishing workI just wish to be under new notarized contractclients violated previous contract agrrementThey were to not to go into store until instructed by contractor for constuctuial reasonsThey enterd store unauthorized and caused addition damages to floorI have pictured of damages and repairThey are causing difficulties in completing jobThey also were not to allow any work by contracors uninsured and unlicenced while under contract with Operation bulldoze LLCI have pictures of electrical wiring being removed and left exposedI was also asked to hide these things from inspectorI did not feel comfortable at this point with clientsI can provide all pictures and proof of work performed up until this point as well as illegal work performed by client while under city permitI have an agreement requested by former inspector Ryan Wheeler of the Northeast district L& that I take on project management of this project not allowing and work not under permit to be performedThey were decietful and did not honor this written signed and dated contractAny further questions feel free to contact me I can get more in detail if needed.Khaliyl C
