I cancelled my account on Jan 5, I've been getting active bills up to and including today I called them and the rep said, it was a technical glitch and that I can ignore this bill I wonder how many people they continue to charge?
The service was fine when I was using it

I have called this company times to ask them to cancel my service and send me a final bill because Verizon is my long distance company They refuse
I initially called Opex October to cancel because I have Verizon and they agreedI also asked for a final bill and I never received a final billI called times last year and kept telling Opex that I have Verizon as my long distance companyI was told that I have to pay the rest of the bill FIRST before they cancel the serviceI told Opex noCancel my service and send me a final bill to payThey refused each timeThey last time they refused was October of I told them I will only pay past due amountsI sent them one payment for $and when I saw it was not credited and Opex said they did not receive it, I refused to send anymore payments

*** ***, LLC located in Northfield, NJ has used Opex for long distance since We have lost long distance days ago on all of our lines and have called repeatedly to have this problem resolved with no response at all At this point, we do not recommend this company to anyone since there was no one who addresses customer complaints adequately

Failure to safeguard my phone records and credit card information
TCI long distance has failed for several month to prevent fraudulent calls from my account despite my complaint by email of unauthorized calls from my accountI was forced to cancel my service with TCI and while TCI has promised to reimburse me for the unauthorized calls over months ago, the company has failed to reimburse me despite me monthly reminders/emails

This is a long term problem of sending payments and not being credited for paymentsWhen called they give excuses such as wrong account number, sent to wrong payment address, glitch in systemSend email of cancelled checks, then told you have wrong email addressThis company continues to charge finance charges on bill siting payments not receivedI believe this is a ploy to collect these charges fraudulentlyThere is never a response pr resolution offered

I had been a long time user of Opex long distance, however, I decided to change long distance to my local phone service company in Opex continued to bill me with basic service charges and taxes and has now reached $100+ I have attempted to cancel but the bills keep coming every monthI want it to stop and may need the *** Public Service Commission to get involved

This company changed my plan with my main carrier, VERIZON without my permission and billed me for calls that was included and being paid w/Verizon
TCI account *** was never above $15.00, it was an account for long distance only and they changed the plan with my main company, Verizon without my authorization and has been billing me for calls that were being already covered and paid with Verizon I did not notice this practice until the most recent bill which was in excess of $which triggered me to examine the bill more closely They denied changing the plan and the customer service is not very helpful, blaming Verizon and myself saying that I put in for the plan from the beginning, but was never billed until now??? You can contact Verizon who will provide proof that this transpired as they see that they got authorization from that company to change my plan but I DID NOT AUTHORIZE any such plan change Again, they were ONLY TO BE MY LONG DISTANCE CARRIER

I received a bill for services that I have not requested
As stated above I received a bill for services not requested When I called to inquire I was immediately told that they have my email and home address, not to mention my nameAnd this company seems to think because they have that information, they can bill meI understand this company provides long distance service I do not need long distance service and would never order it I feel like a bill for is just the beginning of larger bills So if I paid that amount without questioning, the next amount would be bigger I have never ordered any services from this company

This company has plummeted in customer service They don't speak English so I can't understand what they are saying I tried to sign back up after being with another carrier for a few years and now they tell me I have to call my local phone company to do that when I've never had to do that in the past They told me I was signed up two months ago but I am still connected to my old service I was talking to a customer service rep and she just put me on hold and never returned

I have been a member of [redacted] and it worked out fine. I need to call my 93 year old mother in the Netherlands.. But since January 2015 I could not call and in June I found out that [redacted] had been transferred to Opex.
So, I tried to call my mother. To my horror, Opex is billing me every month, but until today I get a message on the phone saying " I have no credit". I did already send a email and called and for 2 weeks now they say they are " working on it". But nothing happens. I logged in into their website and I can see the bills and payments, but there is no way to cancel the contract. It is Sunday evening now and I will try tomorrow to cancel everything. In all: they are cheap and unreliable.
