This company is a crock of st! Some disrespectful jerk called my cell phone last night saying his name is dicks enormous! Who in their right mind would think that’s okay? Obviously this company isn’t professional and is run by complete mns. I have no problem doing phone surveys but to be disrespected like that? No thank you! I only have it a 1 star because it wouldn’t let me post my review with out doing so other wise my rating is -5 stars...your employees need to GROW UP!

I do not appreciate getting a phone call at 9:30PM EST. This is ridiculous. I said hello three times and after the third time I was hung up on. Even though you may not be telemarketers, there are still federal TCPA laws that must be followed for conducting surveys over the phone. I in fact know that I have not given any consent to be reached by phone for any type of survey. You as a company are traveling down a slippery slope by allowing calls to made this late at night, especially if they are unsolicited calls.

Continues calling at all hours of the day and night . I called back to tell them to stop calling and was told to leave a message if I wanted to be put on their do not call list. I was contacted twice after that at 7:15 pm and 9:01pm. I’ve reported them to the BBB. I want no further contact from this company that is obviously ran by mns.

Keep getting hang up calls when my answering machine picks up. I do not do surveys on the phone. That's why I don't pick up the phone.

Review: My cell phone (###-###-####) which is registered on the national do no call list, however, I have been contacted numerous times by this advertising agency. The customer service representative gave me a 1-800 number to call and contact his boss. This number is ###-###-####. One of the prompts (prompt 0) says "if you do not wish to receive phone calls from our agency please leave your phone number in the message". However, since I am registered on the national do not call list I should have never received phone calls from this company. Nor should it be my burden to contact every possible agency in the USA to have my number placed on their personal do not call list.Desired Settlement: This company should never contact me again.

We are not a telemarketing company and therefore not goverened by the same rules as telemarketing firms and are not obligated to adhere to the federal do not call list. However, we do maintain an internal do not call list and our interviewers are instructed to immediately add a telephone number at the first request.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved pending that I am not contacted again by this company and they adhere to their internal do not call list. This event is documentation that my phone number is on the company's do not call list, and will serve as evidence of non-adherence to internal do not call lists if the company contacts me in the future in the same manner. I look forward to not hearing from this company in the future.

Review: I have been contacted by this company for over a year. During each phone call, I have asked the customer service representative to remove my number and to cease contacting me. I am assured this is done, yet I am still receiving these calls at all hours of the day. I have requested to speak to a supervisor and have either been hung up on, or rudely told that I will be removed before the call is disconnected. I have asked for a website to contact the company myself, only to be given the fake web address www.[redacted].com. In this one week alone I was contacted ten times within a four day time span, which quite frankly, I consider harassment. At 11:42 am on November **, 2013, I was given the fake web address and told I would be removed from the call list. On November **, 2013 at 10:44 am, I was contacted by this company yet again. When questioned, the representative told me that it could take up to a day to be removed from their call list. Obviously this is not the case, as I am still receiving calls over a year later after numerous requests to be removed. I was finally given a contact number for the supervisor. I phoned on November **, 2013 at 11 am. I was not able to get a live person on the phone and after pressing 0, left a message to have my number removed from their call list, as well as left a message for the supervisor. After I left these two messages, I received three additional calls the very same day at 12:49 pm, 3:31 pm and 5:29 pm respectively.

I am not at all confident that my number will be removed from their list, as my requests have been repeatedly ignored in the past. These harassing phone calls are disruptive and unacceptable, and this company needs to immediately cease contacting me at my phone number ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: I want my number permanently added to their do not call list and I do not want to receive any further calls from this company.

Our records show the initial call to [redacted] on August [redacted] resulted in a request for our do not call list and the call was dispositioned correctly, however, after further investigation, we see that the client on this survey was trying to reach multiple people at that telephone number which is why the number was dialed again.

I can confirm that [redacted] was added to our do not call list and apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused her.
