Opinion Outpost/IPoll/Survey Sampling International

I had been a member of Opinion Outpost for many, many years, and one day last month when I went to log in I got a message my account had been frozen for data concerns. I emailed them and gave them all the information they requested, and then waited.

After about a week or so, I was sent another email stating my account had been terminated due to "violating our terms and conditions". They did not give an explanation, nor did they reply to my email stating I did nothing of the sort and why was it they did this to a longtime member?

The same day as the frozen account message, I went to log in to IPoll and got a message my account was terminated! I emailed them and gave them every bit of information they requested, and they got back to me on the same day I got the email from Opinion Outpost - with the exact same text about "violation of terms" signed by the same person! They also did not reply to my email stating I had in no way violated any of their terms.

I always answer survey questions truthfully. I do not use bots. I do not knowingly take any survey more than once. I do not use multiple emails, IDs, or IP addresses. I don't know why they did this, especially to someone who has been a member for at least 7 years (if not longer).

I want my accounts reinstated.
