I was hired to lease the property by Owner the husband [redacted]. It's not for me to apologize to Owner the wife [redacted] as this is merely a lack of communication between Owner the husband & Owner the wife. This has nothing to...

do with my professional work ethics.
I handled this transaction in a very patient professional manner, the below correspondence in writing between Owner the husband and me.
On April 1, 2015
I contacted husband the owner [redacted] between 11:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. We had talked on the phone I discussed the potential renters and their interested in the property with owner installing a fenced with a monthly rent amount $1,600.00.
Owner the husband [redacted] was very standoff on phone, then told me for $2000.00 he would consider it. Owner the husband [redacted] then told me he wanted full Aprils rent to take it off the market. I asked Owner the husband [redacted] are you serious, the renters are not arriving until April 15, 2015 it is practice to prorate the renters rent from movein. Owner the husband [redacted] told me "The renters needed me more then I needed them."
I then contacted the renters told them the owner would provide a fence at $2000.00 monthly rent, the renters told me no & they will pay the monthly rent at $1,600.00 with no fence.
I told the renters the owner will only take the property off the market now & not on April 15, 2015 if they paid April's full month rent of $1,600.00. on top of the $1,600.00 security deposit + $1,600.00 last months rent + $500.00 pet deposit The renters were shocked, as the owner were asking for a lot of money upfront, but the renters did agreed to the terms.
I contacted Owner the husband [redacted], explained the renter will go without fence at $1.600.00. & will pay full Aprils rent.
Owner the husband [redacted]'s wife was in the background when I had explained the terms. $1,600.00 full Aprils rent + $1,600.00 last month's rent + $1,600.00 security deposit + pet deposit $500.00. Total of $5,300.00 upfront.
Owner the husband [redacted] repeated the above back to me and asked how much would I get out of that money after you take your leasing fee?
I explained to Owner the husband [redacted] as agreed in previous facebook messages & phone texts messages I would deducted $1,600.00 from the funds collected for my leasing fee, = to 1 months' rent.
Owner the husband [redacted] asked me how much money is ours... I told him to hold on a second & I'll figured it out -$1,600.00 leasing fee one month's rent from $5,300.00 = $3,700 in which Owner the husband [redacted] then said no deal.
I told owner the husband [redacted] I will no longer be showing his property as I've worked very hard for over 3 weeks of showings, I did my job finding him a solid renter wished him luck and hung up the phone.
Three min later Owner the husband [redacted] had called me back 4 times in a roll, during the time I was on the other line with a subcontractor.
Owner the husband [redacted] texted me from his phone at 12:29 p.m. Answer please!! Don't scrape. I had to do that infront of Owner the wife [redacted] to scare her into saying "yes".
I texted back at 12:31 p.m. I'm sorry Owner the husband [redacted] I'm not into games & my renters don't deserve this. I'm moving on to another house.
Owner the husband [redacted] texted back at 12:33 p.m. To bad!! That was and April fools!!!! I grew some sarcasm. Sorry.
Owner the husband [redacted] texted me again at 12:59 p.m. I will apologize... This was April fools joke.

[redacted] I worked very hard honestly there's not a word to describe how dedicated I am...I take finding a home for people very serious as I know all to well how it feels to be without.. I don't play games with people emotions.. April fools or not.....I'm very good at what I do & I'll find them a home what their willing to pay + back ground, criminal and credit score is amazing 100% financially sound.
If you want the deal then bend a little 18 months with option of a 60day notices after the first year... these renter are willing to pay first months rent + last month + security deposit,+ $500 pet deposit. $5,300.00 upfront, for a house without even seeing, going only off my pictures & my word... 60days notice is better then a 30 days and 18months is a whole lot nicer then a 12months and you don't have to put fence up or snow/lawn care nothing on your part.. Your making $28,800.00 and $10,800.00 is money in your pocket while your home is being paid & taken care of by another....and its still an asset for you in which your not even paying for. Looks to me you would've had one hell of a deal! Think about the above deal, if you agree Awsome, if not I have 15 days to find them a home! Best Regards,

Owner the husband [redacted] texted me from his phone at 5:05 pm... My understanding is you get 1600.00 and the rest is ours. Correct? And the carpet is brand new. Doesn't need cleaning. I do not want to jump the shark.

On April 2, 2015 at 7:02 am Owner the husband [redacted] texted me Thank you Ready for lunch?
With the above facts in written correspondence between the Owner the husband [redacted] of the house, had given me 100% rights to show & lease his property for the amount of $1,600.00 = to 1 months' rent. I have proof & I'm willing to provide my phone & computer to show correspondence between the Owner the husband [redacted] & me. I'm in my rights to deduct my leasing fee from the funds collected & I have not broken any laws.
