opt+ processing center

I had a issue with a company that pulled unauthorized money off my card so I called opt+ to tell them and when I did they automatically shut down my card NEVER said that I cant have my money left on the card for 10 days, which this left me with no gas no power for 10days. the rep Kristi that I talked to was very rude she would not let me talk and didn't care that she took my money from me and didn't try to help give me my money sooner. I feel like this was very wrong they should of advised me that they was shutting down the card and that I would not have access to my money but no they didn't
