First off we are sorry to hear about the negative experience [redacted] had with our company. I assure thatmany of the fears that [redacted] presented in her complaint were not true and if she had taken the time toask what the paperwork she signed meant, we...

would not be at this point. She never signed a noncompete,nor did we access her credit information. She signed a standard employment application andpart of that application is a background check release form. That allows us to run a criminal backgroundcheck if our client requests one. We are also a free service and we do not guarantee that we will findemployment for everyone that comes to our office. The tax questionnaire that she refers to is aprogram that is run by ADP and all sensitive information is sent to them and we never see thatinformation. We also receive no tax advantages unless we put people to work that fall into certaincategories.
Now that we have addressed her varying concerns I now guarantee that we have shredded all theinformation that she filled out when she came to our office. Again we apologize for the negativeexperience and hope this resolves the complaint.
