At the bottom of the contract right underneath where it says "Warranty" you'll see it clearly states "Contractors agrees to repair any peeling or deteriorating paint or protective coating for a period of one year." My mistake on the first response to the complaint
To: Revdex.com New Mexico To whom it may concern, I'm writing this letter regarding the recent complaint filed by *** ***, back in January 2017, I received a phone call from Mrs*** about an issue concerning her stucco, at the time she questioned if the work we performed was still under
warranty and I asked her what the date was on the Contract when we performed the work, because the work was done in June it exceeded the year warranty on the contractSo I told Mrs*** "IF" I had the time or was available I would stop by and see what could be done to remedy the issueI did not set a firm date or promise any repairs would happen as well as make any comment about free repairsAs a result of a busy work schedule I was unable to follow up with Mrs*** and therefore she felt it was necessary to file a complaint with the Revdex.com, even though She knew very well that she was outside the warranty of the contractAt this time Bishop Cois disputing her complaint and requesting it be removed, if any there are further questions regarding this matter, I can be reached via phone @ ###-###-#### Respectfully,-Owner of Bishop Co,- George B***
May 3, 2017Revdex.com- 7007 Jefferson St NE Ste AAttn: JenniferAccording to George B[redacted] response to the Revdex.com, he stated I had filed my complaint in Jan. 2017. Actually, it was not filed until Mar. 30, 2017.My first call to him was in July 2016, at which time he stated he was out of town and wouldn’t be back until fall and would try to contact me when he returned. Since I had not heard from him, my follow up calls began Feb. 28th, Mar 9th, and again on Mar 20th which were never returned. Also, according to him the work was done in June 2014. My contract shows the work began on Sept 11, 2014, which, when he was first contacted, was still within the 2 year warranty period as he states in his reply.Sincerely,[redacted]
