They lied from the first day I went there. I asked to have Nikon advanced lenses and I was told my insurance does not cover that which it was a lie! My second request was Ziess but when I went to get my glasses I was told their manager made decision to make other brand for me (which they salesperson was pushing hard). After a week headache I checked with my doctor and he said they made wrong prescription! I went there again and asked them make me Nikon advanced and my insurance will cover that. They said OK, SURE and it was lie! Today they made Ziess and I was told Nikon takes too long! seriously? It is a month now and I could get my glasses with Nikon lens two weeks ago if you did not lie about coverage. Excuse after excuse! I am so sorry for people are dealing with them. Specially if you do not know about lenses and glasses they will rip you off. They do not care about you, they only thing they care make sales and pushing the products that pay them more commission I guess! When I asked to talk to manager, three time three different people showed up except the manager!
