He was very upset whenhe stormed in my store and start cussing with loud voice complaining the quality of the frame so it wasvery difficult for me to communicate with him. I was more than happy to help. except he was so upsetthat he did not have a right attitude to listen to my explanation. I explained that if manufacturedecided to fix or replace after inspection and usually it take 3 to 4 weeks including shipping time. I sentthe frame to the manufacture with the explanation and they fix it for no charge. He was a completelydifferent person when he came to pick up and said thank you with a big smile. I often wonder aboutevery culture (In this case Chinese) have a way of expressing their feelings or demand. I hope helearned not to just starting yelling and cussing to get what he wants.
