Review: 21st Century Optics has been sending me WRONG statements, charging me MULTIPLE TIMES for the same order, over the last few months, which is a fraud.

I've been requesting them to drop all the FRAUDULENT charges and send me correct statements but they don't listen. And now they are sending me collection letters.

I've all the proofs in terms of all the wrong charges, email correspondence that I'm trying to resolve this matter but getting no help.

May I please request an investigation here?

They may be doing the same thing to other accounts as well.Desired Settlement: Obviously not only they have to drop all the wrong charges in the statement but now they will have to wave all the outstanding balance. Since I've been wasting my time since last few months in order to resolve this and now they are threatening me with collection letters.

Else I'm going to take them to court and file charges.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by 21st Century Optics regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[They still have not given us the correct statements. Their statements still reflect wrong/illegal charges and after getting back to me once after the complaint, there's no action from their side. From the last few months, the only thing they have done is to made me go in circles but never corrected their wrong charges.]
