Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 6, 2015/08/17) */ The customer came back in and purchased a different camper on 8/I talked to them and they seemed happyI tried to follow up on Friday, 8/to check on customer but no reply and not call backI also called this morning, 8/17, and left a message for [redacted] to call back Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 8, 2015/08/17) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) His response is a bit inaccurateHe did call us but we couldn't make out his name on the message, we returned his calls and no one knew who had called us or whyWe did purchase a different RV from them and this is the feedback I left for them on Google and Yelp at their request UPDATE: McKay's called us and offered us a good deal on a foot Winnebago Adventurer with a VFord Triton engine to make up for missing out on the camper and truck comboWe took it! Now we just need to get an old pick up for using around the farm and hauling Ron's toolsIt's a nice unit, a bit more than we were looking for at this time but were planning on for the futureWe appreciate McKay's willingness to smooth over hard feelingsThank You for working with us to rectify the previous bad situation and for making us much Happier customers Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 10, 2015/08/18) */ Later in the day on 8/I did receive a call back from Ronald and then again later in the day with [redacted] in regards to the complaintThey explained their side of the situation to meThey told me they had put a deposit down with the sales person and/or manager that was working with them on the first camper and were told it would be theirsI can not confirm or deny this as the manager and sales person no longer work for our companyAlthough I can not confirm what they are telling me, I have to believe their sideWe discussed the value of the second camper they purchased from us and agreed it was a fair dealI hope to maintain and build a better business relationship with [redacted] going forward

I (Gary ***, General Manager) reached out to [redacted] on 8/2/at 1:58pm to resolve this with *** She was not available at this time and the call went to voicemail I did leave her a message with date, time, and call back availability I will try to call her again by tomorrow morning at 10am My Business office has also tried to call her and have only been able to get her answering machine I am not sure if she has a different number she would prefer us to call her on She is a relative of one of our employees so we were trying to help her out by getting her all the things she wanted in the car (including gap insurance and warranty) at a level the bank would accept We understand that she no longer wants the products of GAP or Warranty We are willing to keep working with her on this deal or cancelling the entire deal Thanks for your time Gary ***

travis)not the right about for trade in on vehicle, plus I tried called them a few times and have not respond back to meI've talked to the owner( Travis) to get this worked out. he was going to give me for the trade in on my vehicle IF I purchased a different vehicle from him AN GIVE ME A GOOD DEAL ON ANOTHER VEHICLE Plus he was going to send me pics of different vehicles, this was labor day weekendAs of today I have not send any picsI talked the owner Travis on sept 1, and since then I've left him messages, and NO RESPOND BACK

We are willing to unwind the deal for [redacted] and give her the agreed trade in value of $1900.  We have a signed contract that shows the trade in value she agreed to.  We will meet [redacted] at her home, work, here(at McKay's), or anywhere in-between.  Thanks for your time.
