We did work for Mrs*** back in April of 2016. We went out to look at the work that was needed. We replied with an email of an estimate for the work that was needed. Mrs*** agreed to the quote that was provided. We started and completed all the work that was
stated in the quote. We advised Mrs. *** of the care that was needed to maintain the work we completed in good condition. We were contacted by Mrs. *** about a week later and told that park of the sod was dry. We did head out to make sue it was not a mistake on our part. The sod had dried up because the family dog had take care of his needs and therefore dried out the sod. We did inform Mrs. *** that we would take care of it, free of charge. Mrs. *** seemed pleased. A week later we were contacted by Mrs*** and told that the plants we planted were drying up, we did let Mrs. *** know that the plants needed to be watered at least times a day, especially with the hot weather. We went out one last time and tried to fix the plants to the best of ability. After a couple of days, Mrs*** called and was complaining of the sod again. I did inform Mrs*** that we would not be able to come out again, since we had been out there twice before. Mrs. *** seemed unhappy with our answer and told us she would be contacting an attorney. We did everything that was stated in the estimate and more, with refusal of complete payment. Mrs*** did not pay us times the amount that she was quoted, I do not understand why she would pay times of an amount she was quoted if she felt unhappy with the results. Thank you!

I am rejecting this response because:The response involves many statements that are untrue.
1. We provided the exact care to our flowers and sod as they directed and it still died. Our dog was sent to our parents house for six weeks so she did not urinate on the lawn. I had to immediately replace and replant the flowers in April 2016 to revive them as they were improperly planted in very poor hard soil.2. They did return after promising to replace ALL of the sod yet just patched a couple areas and damaged the lawn. At this time we discovered the sod never took to the soil. When I told them it looked terrible and didn't not fix the problem they agreed it was a problem with the soil and gave me a date (8/2/16) to return and replace the soil and sod. We had a verbal agreement that I would pay for the cost of the new soil and they would cover the sod. 3. On August 2, 2016 Roberto and Gus of Brass Lawn Care did not come to our house as agreed. They stopped answering their phones and responding to emails. They left us with a more damaged lawn than we had before they hired us. Their quote was $1500 for the total work and they billed us $3200 yet ruined our lawn.4. I have since had a professional company come and replace the sod, soil and some bushes. We discovered that they placed sand under the sod, not soil, which is why it didn't take. Our flowers and bushes were planted in rocks and clay which is why they didn't survive. No amount of watering or care could have saved the sod or plants. They did charge us for soil they never placed. This company is dishonest with their work and billing process. They should not be allowed to continue doing business. It is pure theft
Sincerely,
