Our experience with [redacted] of Optima Home Inspections was excellent. He was prompt, thorough, and conscientious. He took his time,reviewed every aspect of the home and provided us with a detailed report, complete with recommendations and photos. He also took the time after the inspection to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend him to anyone for a home inspection.

I am a first time buyer, and to be honest I had no idea how to do an inspection. I searched in different places, and blogs, but my real state agent told me about Optima Home Inspections, and I contact them by phone first. The experience on the phone was so good that I decided to hired them. On the Phone they told me all the inspection that I should do but also they told me "why", and that is not a common thing. After explaining me everything we made the appointment. The day of the inspection I saw them walking inch by inch in the house, from the roof, to the basement, go for every single square foot on the yard, and explaining me what he is looking for so that they see a problem or not. Even they gave me several advice how to take care of my house, and a book as well. Optima Home Inspections made an excellent job, and that is why I am taking time to write this report.

[redacted] has helped us tremendously in what we should be looking for and what we need to address in a new home that we are in the process of purchasing. This is the second time I used Optima. The first time was for a roof inspection which was done thoroughly and efficiently. I was so impressed that I decided to use them to do the inspection on a home that I am currently in the process of purchasing. Again without fail they were thorough and detailed. In addition any questions or concerns I had were satisfied and the advice given was such a plus. Also the fees were extremely reasonable and being in the process of purchasing a home, that is so beneficial. I was also provided with additional information on what things to look for as far as keeping maintenance on a home. I highly recommend using them and definitely without a doubt I will continue to use their services. I really appreciated the honesty and recommendations. They were very professional yet humble and understanding to what were my needs. To sum it up, amazing service!

I am a first time home buyer and was very nervous buy my first home. From our first conversation Rob calmed my fears. He took extra time on the phone and in person to thoroughly explain the home inspection process, explaining each test and if it was in fact needed. His website and online booking process was user friendly and allowed me to conveniently schedule and appointment and sign the contract online. The day of the inspection Rob was early and already completed the outside and roof. At the end he explained what was found, provided advice on keeping the home in good shape and provided a home maintenance manual at the end.
