Robert is truly a stand up guy and amazing at what he does. A real professional he went above and beyond my expectations and made this first time experience a real pleasure.

Rob charged me $250 for a roof inspection. My roof was leaking at the time and I required a full assessment. Rob returned a report that was lacking detail and said the roof was in satisfactory shape (keep in mind the roof was literally leaking into the house). I have since had additional inspections all of which have completely torn apart the construction of the roof. Rob gave me a full refund because it took him over a month to produce the report that exposed his lack of roofing knowledge. I tried to contact Rob for an explanation and he just ignores my calls and emails. DO NOT HIRE ROB FOR HOME INSPECTIONS OR ROOFING WORK. If your agent suggests Rob, save yourself the headache and find someone else.
