I went to the job site. This guy is living in a rental apartment. I was supposed to replace one little square of the concrete. I called the owner and told him that the guy with the motorcycle needs to move it if they want me to start the job. When he came out, he was speaking
nicely, until he heard my accent, and started being rude and calling me a foreigner. The police came and he moved his bike, then when they left, he moved the bike back. He then asked for my business card to call the Revdex.com. The police came back and parked there while I was doing the job, and there was no damage done to the bike. As soon as I finished the job he came out and apologized and informed me that he already called the Revdex.com

outcome. He had the option to chose any other company if he thought the price was not right. We informed him that there was no warrenty for the work, and he was totally fine with it. During the process of doing his concrete, he started instructing us how to do our job and wanted some things done his way. His statement was "I'm your client, and you do as I say". Once the work was complete, he stated that he was satisfied with everything and signed off on the work order. A few months later, he asked other companies how much they would have charged for the work and apparently it was cheaper. Every company has different pricing depending on the overhead cost and the profit that is calculated into the fee. He became angry and thought he was overcharged for the work we done. He even called [redacted] Concret, one of our vendors, and identified himself us being a representative of our firm and requested the receipt from them for the concrete we poured at his house. After that, he called me multiple times and requsted a refund because he was under the imression that he was overcharged. I gave him our insurance information, so he could file a claim with our insurance company, which he didn't do. We called our insurance company and started a claim, in case he decides to go through our incurance. He also threated to close our firm if we don't refund him the money. He started parking semi-trucks on the concrete, so the concrete would get damaged, and he could get his money back. He even hacked into our Facebook page and posted inappropriate things on our page, so we would lose clients. He even blocked my vehicle on the middle of Gravois Rd. and started attacking me verbally in hopes I would do something, so he could sue me, and I had to call the police. This individual sued a few other firms and appears to be very sue happy.
