Optima Tile and Stone Inc

Review: This product was ordered from Optima Tile and Stone. They seemed like a great company to do business with prior to the sale. As soon as I confirmed payment I was informed that some of the product was 'out of stock' and there would be a delay in shipping. I worked with Optima and decided to move forward with the order asking them to ship the product as fast as possible. The carrier that the seller used was an entire week late delivering the product. When the product came in we alerted the seller that we had an issue with some of the tile and it was defective in part. The seller asked for images of the product. After a week I reached out the the seller and asked them if they shipped the replacement parts and they had not! I was willing to pay for expedited shipping and the seller hung up the phone on me... Finally they agreed to ship the product but then all of the sudden the productive I needed was out of stock...... After such a significant period of time the client decided to move in another direction. Holefulm they do the right thing and allow for a refund of the product.Desired Settlement: I would like the product that cannot be used to be refunded.
