Before coming to Optimal Health Medical office I was experiencing problem with balance, very cold sleep, numb under the bottom feet and leg cramps. Neck, shoulder and arm pains that would wake me at night. I got very little sleep. Now, I am sleeping all night. Before coming to Optimal Health Straw Chiropractic office I was unable to sleep all night for pain in upper arms, neck and shoulders, also feet, cold feet and leg cramps. Since starting care I have noticed that I sleep all night except for bathroom trips. No cold feet, feet and leg cramps are much better. I am walking better. I have more energy. Do my house chores and shop. Don’t tire easily. You should try it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Before coming to Optimal Health Medical office I was experiencing feet hurt, out of balance, toes numbness and lots of cramps on my feet and legs. Before coming to Optimal Health Straw Chiropractic office I was unable to walk too far without getting cramps. I could not get my weight without the scale jumping all over the weight numbers. Since starting care I have noticed no cramps except once when I went to dance for 3 hours and when I got home I had a cramp on my right foot. I can walk and dance better no cramps. I have been coming to optimal health for a while now and I have had some improvements with my balance and the symptoms of numbness and tingles in my ft/legs. I have lost about 20 pounds since following the nutrition diet. The service is okay and I have been roomed on time.

No tingling and burning in my feet while in bed. Loss stiffness in my ankles. Some normal feeling in my feet. The numbness up to my knees is gradually going away, rather like ice cubes melting. Now when I put my jeans on I can feel them, rather than feeling that I am wearing thick socks underneath. The diet is easy to work with and overall I feel I am really making some progress.

Before coming to Optimal Health Medical office I was experiencing numbness on my toes, cramping of my legs and spiking on my glucose tests. Before coming to Optimal Health Straw Chiropractic office I was unable to keep my glucose down and walk without pain in my knees. Since starting care I have noticed vast improvement in my health by using your diet and organic food, salad dressings and nuts. Supplements seem to be working- massaging and exercise also very useful and effective. Working more on my writing- using computer more. Accepting others better. My body is different and have abused it by overeating and not following a strict diet, my concentration is focused on getting better.

So far in my treatments I find myself being able to walk longer distances with less need to sit down awhile. There is less in pain my feet with more feeling and sensitivity. Before I had trouble standing still but now I can stand up longer before feeling discomfort. The vibration machine has been helpful. Also the exercise regimen is therapeutic. Overall since my treatments the results has given me an improved sense of well-being. An observation of commendation. The entire staff is certainly caring and genuinely helpful. Also friendly and engaging. P.S. The “adjustments” following each session has helped my neck and back.

Before coming to Optimal Health Straw Chiropractic office I was unable to walk any distance. Get my feet warm- they were so cold, it was difficult to sleep at night without wool socks on. Since starting care I have noticed less pain in my feet. My feet, toes are still numb but to a lesser degree. I can get up form a squat without hanging on to something. I can stand on my feet for a longer length of time. I can walk for a longer length of time and my feet don’t hurt as much. I have corns in both pads of my feet and If I got rid of those I would be 90% better. It actually works. I was very skeptical at first but the longer the treatments the less my feet hurt.
