I first want to apologize for this huge miscommunication. The $29 consultation fee's are for 2 appointments to determine if this treatment would be beneficial for your case. It is not for 2 free treatments. For this I am sincerely sorry for the poor communication on our part and have no problem...

refunding the consultation fee's. As of the care credit loan, it was denied and we did not receive any payment from care credit for this specific case. We use multiple finance companies and have records of all submitted applications and I again apologize for any miscommunication with myself or my office staff with any of these issues. I only want to help and serve all and every patient that comes into my office and am shocked when anything like this happens. Please accept my apology and allow me to make things right between us.
