To whom it may concern: We work tirelessly to treat our customers right at Broke As PhoneUnfortunately, as hard as we try, some folks aren't fair or realistic about our service and THEIR responsibility and action after a repair When your phone first came to us 3-6-it was badly
damaged and would not power on and we replaced the screenIn our tests, the phone's features checked out as good after the repairWe urge customers to check out their devices in the store so we can both be certain every feature is working properlyAgain this device was checked out and working prior to the customer leaving our store on 3-6- Screens just don't break for no reason, hours or days after an internal repairAnd for you to imply we should be responsible for the lcd breakage that obviously occurred days AFTER the customer left is discouraging and, frankly, insultingThat's not how we do businessClearly the phone was dropped and the screen was damaged or broken againWe tried to help the customer out on the cost of a new repair and refused our offerOur warranty simply does not cover misuse or a broken screen We have grown Broke As Phone to three locations in years by treating customers respectfully and rightAnd almost all our customers return the respect by being truthful about what happens to their devices after they leave our careFor those who are dishonest, we stand our ground or we won't be able to stay in business much longer
